MyBenefits

MyBenefits is a secure, easy to use MetLife benefits management tool to access your personal benefits information online. Your personalized page will give you access to print ID cardsPDF document, view explanation of benefits (EOB), view claim history, check the status of a claim, review coverage selected during enrollment, find an in-network dental and vision provider and more.

You can register by visiting www.metlife.com/mybenefits and following the instructions below. We recommend you activate your SEC Select account (if you haven't already) before registering. For first time enrollees please allow 5-7 business days for your information to transfer before registering on MyBenefits.

Access MyBenefits

Go to MyBenefits, type in "SEC" or "U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission" to locate your company and select "Submit".

From there you'll take differing actions depending on whether you're a first time user or returning user.

Note: You will be transferred to a site with a different privacy policy.

First Time Users

If this is your first time accessing MyBenefits, you'll need to register by providing some basic personal information.

This allows us to re-confirm your identity and provide separate credentials for an additional layer of security for accessing your claims and other health information.

To register with MyBenefits, select "Register Now" after selecting "U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission" and submitting.

Returning Users

Once you've established your account, you'll need to use your MyBenefits user name and password to access your information in the future.

Note: Your MyBenefits user name and password are separate from the user name and password you established to access this SEC Select site.
